Return Policy
At Yara Mae, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, it may happen that you wish to return a product. In this document we clearly explain our return policy.
Return Conditions

You may only register a return after you have physically received the item.

Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.

Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not permitted.

Ordering products deliberately in multiple sizes with the intention of partially returning them is not allowed.
Return Process

Register your return via info@yaramae.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).

You must return the item at your own expense, including any customs duties or shipping costs.

We always recommend using a shipping method with track & trace.
Refunds
After the item has been received at the return address and its condition has been approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking shows that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address was provided, this is the customer’s responsibility.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
